The Iowa Rush North Academy program acts as a pre-cursor to the Iowa Rush North Select program. The Academy program tethers the recreational program to the select program by providing an additional step with weekly training by professional staff as well as competing in the Eastern Iowa Youth Soccer league. Iowa Rush North offers the Academy option with the intent of providing players with the opportunity to play with and against players of similar ability/commitment where they will experience the most enjoyment and success.

6-8 League gameswill be played within the Eastern Iowa Youth Soccer League. At least 50% playing time, rotating positions, and individual development will be the emphasis at the academy level.
Festivals
In addition to league games, an additional option of playing in a festival setting may be offered depending on interest.
