For Players 8 - 18 Years Old

2025 spring season

Practices: 

These will be determined at a later date. Your volunteer coach will be in touch with you on more details and specific dates. 

Practices begin the week of March 31st.


Games: 

The Rec program is part of the IDL (Iowa Development League). Once that schedule is released, it will be shared with coaches to share with their teams.

Games begin the weekend of April 5th.

Location: Prairie Ridge Soccer Complex (1510 NW Ash Drive, Ankeny IA 50023)

9U-19U Rec Soccer

Overview

  • 2025 Spring season 9U-15U (2016-2010) players


  • 2025 Fall season 9U-19U (2017-2007) players

Training

  • Typically teams have two practice opportunities per week and one game on weekends; the Iowa Rush Recreational Director forms teams prior to the season.


  • Teams are led by parent volunteer coaches.

Games

  • Weekend games take place at soccer facilities in the greater Des Moines area. Home games are played at the Prairie Ridge Soccer Complex in Ankeny.
