Builds upon the foundation established in the 9U-10U Academy Program and develops each player’s passion for the game within a more competitive team environment. First programming level for which players attend tryouts and are placed onto teams based on ability-level.

Most games are played in central Iowa with some travel opportunities for tournaments.

Members of the Iowa Rush coaching staff are assigned to specific teams for which they conduct training sessions, manage games, and provide regular communications.
