Become a Volunteer

If you have previously or are currently volunteering for Iowa Rush, you might be able to help the club out even more. This includes if you’ve been a rec coach or team manager! Certain employers will donate back to organizations that their employees volunteer for. Iowa Rush is a nonprofit 501c3, meaning that your employer’s donation can be written off.

We are currently registered with Benevity, an easy to use platform where you can sign up to volunteer and your employer can submit their donation! 

A few companies that will donate to an organization for the employee’s volunteer hours include: John Deere, Kohl’s, Verizon, and Wellmark. Check with your employer today.

On the flip side, if your employer requires you to log a certain number of volunteer hours, look no further, help is always welcome. Please contact our office manager, Jessica Seeley, at generalmanager@iowarush.com for all volunteer opportunities that are currently available.
