Welcome Iowa Rush 380! Join competitive teams being formed for the 2024-25 season in the Cedar Rapids area.
Joining the Iowa Rush family for the upcoming year, Iowa Rush 380 is planning to form competitive boys in the 16-19U age group ranges for the 2024season as numbers allow.

Summer Training
CANCELLED - 13U-14U (2012-2011) Training: June 4th, 5th & 6th
15U-19U (2010-2006) Training Dates: June 11th, 12th & 13th
15U-19U (2010-2006) Training Times: 5:30-7pm
Training Location: Kirkwood Community College Soccer Field,
6301 Kirkwood Blvd SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404
Cost: Free to register for summer trainings
Registration & Details
Register in Demosphere for summer training dates. There is no cost to register.
Attend as many summer training dates as your player is able to in their age group.
Team invites will be sent on Wednesday, June 19th via email.
Login to your Demosphere account to accept your invitation.
Uniform information will be sent once teams have been finalized.
Registration Details
- Create a Demopshere account or login to your existing account and add your player details.
- On Registration Step 2.1, under “Identify Participant”, make sure to select “Cedar Rapids” as your location.
- The program registration name will be listed as “Tryouts (North) - Iowa Rush 380 Trainings 2024”.
- Complete the remaining registration steps.
